Jan. 14th will kick off the Institute of Sensing Systems Seminar Series. Talks in this unique series will be scheduled from 3:30-5 pm every Wednesday afternoon in Dreese Laboratories 260. All faculty and students with interests in sensing systems are welcome.
The goal of this seminar series is for the sensing systems research community at The Ohio State University to understand at a deep level what each member does, with a view towards initiate, enabling and fostering discussions and active long-term disciplinary and interdisciplinary research collaborations. To achieve this end, this series will be publicized to a wide range of researchers and industry partners.
In the very near term, we hope that the conversations engendered by this series will lead to proposals for an ISS seed grant program that will be announced towards the end of this quarter.
This series will be available via downloadable slides and video from the ISS web site (http://www.iss.osu.edu/iss/events/Media), and soon (we hope) via live streaming video.
